Terms of service

1. The service

Siporpro provides AI-search-optimized professional pages, an app to summarize consultations and produce consent forms, WhatsApp message delivery and, on the Asistente 24/7 plan, a WhatsApp booking assistant. Available features depend on your plan.

2. Account and access code

When your subscription is activated you receive a private code to sign in to the app. You are responsible for keeping it secret; if you believe someone else has it, let us know and we will replace it.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, by card through Stripe.
• There is no long-term contract: you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for future periods.
• Ad spend on Google or Meta, if used, is billed separately and is not included in the plan.
• We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

4. AI-generated content

• Summaries, notes, consent forms, FAQs and ad copy are AI-generated drafts. They may contain errors or omissions.
• You must review and approve them before sending or publishing, and you are responsible for the final content.
• Siporpro does not provide medical, dental, legal or accounting services, and its content is not a substitute for professional judgment.
• The booking assistant gives no medical, legal or tax advice; in an emergency it tells people to call 911 or go to the emergency room.

5. Your responsibilities as a professional

• Obtain your patients’ or clients’ consent before recording a consultation and before messaging them on WhatsApp, under Law 81 of 2019.
• Keep your profile accurate (credentials, hours, fees) and follow the rules of your professional association.
• Keep your own records: Siporpro deletes consultation content within 24 hours and is not your records system.
• Use WhatsApp in line with Meta’s policies, without sending unsolicited messages.

6. Sample profiles

Some profiles are generated from public professional information so the professional can review and claim them. If it is your profile, you can claim it or request its removal at siporpro.com/datos.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but it may be interrupted or depend on third parties (Google, Meta, Stripe). We do not guarantee any specific result in search or AI engines, which decide independently what to show. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous three months.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our privacy policy (siporpro.com/privacidad).

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
