Privacy policy
How Siporpro handles personal data of the professionals who use the service, their patients and clients, and visitors to this site, under Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection.
Effective October 20, 2026
In short: consultation audio is not stored; summaries and notes are deleted from our servers within 24 hours; signed consent forms are generated on the professional’s phone, and the professional keeps their records in their own Google Drive, iCloud or OneDrive.
1. Who we are
Siporpro is operated by Istmo One LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). For any privacy matter, use the data rights form at siporpro.com/datos.
2. Our role
- Professionals’ data (account, profile and billing): Siporpro is the controller.
- Data of each professional’s patients and clients (consultations, bookings, messages): the professional is the controller; Siporpro acts as a processor and uses that data only to provide the service the professional requests.
3. What we process and why
Professionals
- Name, profession, specialty, clinic or firm, area, WhatsApp and email (optional): to create and publish your page and contact you about it.
- Public profile information (bio, hours, fees, languages, FAQs): published on your page and in AI-readable formats (JSON-LD and llms.txt).
- Subscription data: payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
- Some sample profiles are generated from public professional information. You can claim them or ask for their removal at any time.
Patients and clients of professionals
- Consultation audio: recorded only with the patient’s or client’s consent. It is sent to Google (Gemini API) to draft the summary and is not stored by Siporpro.
- Client summary and internal note: shown to the professional for review and deleted from our servers within 24 hours. The professional can save a PDF copy to their own storage.
- Patient name and WhatsApp number: used to send the summary and, two hours later, a review invitation; deleted together with the rest of the consultation content.
- Signed consent forms: the document, name and signature are produced on the professional’s phone and are not sent to Siporpro. Only the procedure name is sent to the AI to draft the text.
- WhatsApp bookings (Asistente 24/7 plan): name, number, date, time, reason and the conversation with the assistant, to book and show the agenda to the professional.
- FAQs derived from consultations: published only if the professional approves them, and they contain no personal data.
Site visitors
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The server logs technical data (IP address, browser, requested page) for security and operations. Your browser may store your light/dark theme preference.
4. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Consultation audio | Not stored |
| Summaries, notes, patient name and WhatsApp | Up to 24 hours (also removed from backups) |
| Signed consent forms | Never reach Siporpro |
| Bookings and assistant conversations | While the professional’s account is active, or until deletion is requested |
| Professional account and profile | While the account exists; deleted on request |
| Database backups | 7 days |
5. Who we share data with
Only with providers needed to run the service, acting on our behalf:
- Google LLC (Gemini API): AI processing of audio and text.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business): sending and receiving WhatsApp messages.
- Stripe: subscription billing.
- Amazon Web Services: server hosting.
- Cloudflare: domain name resolution (DNS).
- Telegram: internal notices to the Siporpro team about new sign-ups (professional’s name and WhatsApp).
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. These providers may process data outside Panama (for example, in the United States or Singapore).
6. Security
The site and app use encrypted connections (HTTPS). App access requires a private code per professional. We cap consultation content at 24 hours to reduce risk.
7. Your rights
Under Law 81 of 2019 you may request access, correction, cancellation (deletion) and portability of your data, and object to its processing. Send your request at siporpro.com/datos; we will answer within the time limits set by the law and its regulations.
If you are a patient or client of a professional, you can also contact them directly, as they are the controller of your data; we will help them handle your request.
If you believe your rights were not respected, you may file a complaint with Panama’s National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
